By creating an account or using Fitlyra (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our privacy practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie, macro, heart-rate, sleep, and recovery figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise, medication, or sleep routine — especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.
Food estimates, meal plans, coaching messages, and health insights may be generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be wrong. Verify important information and never rely on the App for emergencies — call your local emergency number instead.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App.
The App — including its name, logo, design, source code, and all content we provide (excluding content you submit) — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. © 2026 Fitlyra. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by these terms or applicable law. By posting in Community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App; you retain ownership of what you post.
The App offers a free trial, monthly, yearly, and family subscription plans. Family plans cover up to 6 accounts managed by the plan owner. Payments are processed by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play) and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Prices may change with notice.
You may share your personal invite code with friends. Referrals are for tracking purposes only — they carry no cash value, do not create any discount, credit, or other financial benefit for either party, and cannot be transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn. We may modify or end the referral feature at any time.
Most tracking data (food, activity, weight, sleep, progress photos) stays on your device. Account, subscription, and community data live on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can erase on-device data anytime from Profile → Reset tracking data, or permanently delete your entire account — profile, history, and community activity — from Profile → Delete account. Account deletion cannot be undone and does not cancel an active app store subscription; cancel that separately in your Apple/Google account settings.
Community chat is moderated: messages pass through an automated filter, you can report or block other users, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Report abuse in-app or at abuse@fitlyra.com.
Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering, no attempts to access other users' data, no uploading unlawful content to community features, and no use of the App where doing so is unsafe (e.g., while driving).
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the App.
We may update these terms or discontinue features. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
